From the vineyards located in the Sonsierra. Exhaustive selection of strains and manual harvest. The grape clusters are manually shelled grain by grain. Fermented in a small 1,300 kilo steel tank at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 18 months inside the same oak barrels.
Colour: Cherry red with a garnet border.
Aroma: Complex and intense mix of ripe black forest fruits which harmonise well with the toasted oak.
