From vineyards over 40 years old using organic and biodynamic methods. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected in the winery. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Aged for 12 months, part in new French oak barrels, part in steel tanks. The wine is then assembled and bottled.
